DESCRIPTION:The Courtenay Gem & Mineral Club is proud to host the Comox Valley’s only Gem & Mineral Show! This is our largest public event of the year and a favourite for rockhounds\, collectors\, families\, and visitors from across the region. \nShow Details:\nDates: April 3\, 4\, and 5\, 2026Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM dailyLocation: Comox Valley Curling Club\, 4835 Headquarters Road\, Courtenay\, BC\nAdmission: $4 per person; kids under 10 free with an adult \nWhat to Expect:\nExplore a world of rocks\, minerals\, fossils\, and lapidary treasures from local and regional vendors\, and enjoy displays and demonstrations by our club members. Participate in hands-on workshops\, discover new specimens\, and take part in family-friendly activities. Whether you are a collector\, hobbyist\, or just curious\, there is something for everyone to enjoy. \nVendors:\nOur show offers vendors excellent exposure to an enthusiastic audience over three full days. Vendors selling rocks\, minerals\, fossils\, and lapidary materials are welcome. Participating vendors are promoted in the lead-up to the event. \nVolunteer Opportunities:\nThe show depends on volunteers! Roles include setup and tear-down\, vendor support\, kids’ activities\, and general show operations.
